Common questions
Do I need my own cleaning supplies?
For most home jobs the customer provides supplies. Deep cleaning and carpet jobs may require your own equipment — the job card always tells you before you accept.
What documents do I need to sign up?
Your MyKad (IC) number and a clear photo of your IC. A profile photo helps you get picked more often but is optional.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within 3 working days. You can track your status from your dashboard at any time.
Is there a joining fee?
No. Signing up is free and there is no monthly charge. A service fee is only deducted from completed jobs.
